hi I want to invest in hardware kit I am thinking 1 ,Ipad pro 12.9 2nd or 3rd Gen ( For POS) 2. Ipad as customer display For printer can I use Star mC-Print3™ As for drawer do I need to star cash drawer or APG cash drawer? Hi, We also take orders over the phone and I need my office staff to put all orders through this POS. They work with MacBooks, I used to be able to use the POS app on the Mac but I see it has been removed. Is there a way to create a sale using a web browser or have the POS app run on the Mac? We use iPads and iPhones for the shop floor but the office staff do not use these. Kind regards, Chris Skinner

I'm just setting up my system & have plugged my network cable into the android device. It says "No internet connection". However I've been able to log in without being connected until now

Loyverse website says iOS 9 required. Bought a iPad with iOS 10. App Store says iOS 11 now required. Am I missing something? Can I get an earlier version of the app?

It is especially interesting if printer connection is possible.

I have the tablet hooked up via USB to a receipt printer and a further USB printer in kitchen. I want to allow waiters to use mobile devices to input orders. The tablet would act as master and generate the order printers through its connected printers. This doesn't seem possible as each device requires a printer connection. Has anyone found a way to use phones as a slave device rather than its own independent POS device.

I’m just setting my system up and am unable to connect to the internet, I’m trying to connect to my router but the system doesn’t recognize anything. I bought a bundle deal with the printer, cash drawer, etc included but nothing happening, it’s like the system doesn’t recognize an internet connection, am I missing something, any ideas? Thank you

Hello When I first set up Loyverse for our bar I set it up on a tablet. We have now purchased an Andriod Desk Top touch screen and want this to be the main till with the tablet as a secondary till when we have parties. How do you change the main till from the tablet to the desk top device. David

In my restaurant, I have 4 waiters, and two cashiers (one of them works in the morning and the other works in the evening). I want to know if loyverse can fit with this type of food industry: So the shift should work just with the cashier screen, and the waiter's phone should just order and don't have the possibility of shift and cash management.

When I want to connect Loyverse on my IPad to the Sumup bluetooth Terminal I get the request to enable microphone in the privacy settings of the IPad. But then Loyverse does not appear in the microphone-settings. 1. Why is the microphone required? 2. How can I circumvent the problem?

Hi all, I formated (reset) tablet used as POS but without Signing out from loy application. When I started the application after format, it prompted (Sign out from one of your devices or add one or more POS in the back office). What to do? I don't want to add a new POS. Please help!

Hi there I have a portable mobile POS that have a built-in printer in it. Just like sunmi. I do understand that now SUNMI is integrated with loyverse. Is it possible for devices other than SUNMI to use this built in printer? Because it can print in another POS software before under generic built in printer. What information do i need to provide? It is Chinese mobile POS device. Is it possible to add some add-in driver or add "Built-in printer device" in the other printer option besides ethernet, usb and Bluetooth. I tried the pos on bluestacks and printer works really good if you connect it directly to router. But, what if the router is too far from the cash register and you need to connect printer through the PC ethernet port, would it be possible? Did anybody try this? Thank u all

Hi All, My users are not happy with 10inch tablet ipad. Has anyone try to install Loyverse on a tv stick like Amazon Fire or any Android tv box and connect to a 24 in touchscreen monitor (for PC) ? Comparing to using a Touchscreen Chromebook, that investment is just a little bit higher but still reasonable if it works. Thank you!

Hi Everyone I just started testing out Loyverse and i love the features of this simple POS System I was trying to set up a Phoenix OS to Install Loyvere POS on a Desktop I managed to get the POS working, however, the display looks as if it is on a Handheld Android I wanted the POS to look somewhat similar to as the notebook had more than enough screen for it. Do you know if there is anyway i can change the settings to work? It would be perfect if we can get this successfully done
