Hi, how to open cash drawer without printing the receipt? I want to insert the cash and print the receipt if the customer ask for it

Is Logiverse POS compatible with automatic cash handling machines (cash recyclers), and does it require any additional paid software or modules for integration?

Our business is bar sales We have recently updated 3 x POS Terminals from Sunmi T2 Lite with iMin swan 2 with built in printer as we couldn’t update Android on Sunmi which was 7.1 version where SumUp updates required Android 8 or higher! As not tech clever and didn't realise that as the cash drawer is controlled via the iMin terminal you can’t open the cash drawer without printing a receipt which we don’t normally do unless a customer request one. I now see by reading this forum that the drawer needs to be connected to a printer so that the command to open comes via printer and in turn from the Loyverse app. I wouldn’t be surprised if other people who h…

I would like the cash drawer to close automatically. If this is not possible, is there an option in the application to set a sound to alert that the cash register is open or a message to notify that the cash register is open? This way it will then be mandatory to close it.

Hi All Our store is situated near a border and we take in 2 different currencies. Our home currency is set up as cash, and the other currency is set up as "other". The problemm is that the "other" payment type doesn't trigger the cash drawer. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi guys, I'm new to Loyverse and I just purchased a Mpop cash drawer/printer without Bluetooth. I'm having issues connecting it via USB, it doesn't appear at all in the Star Quick Seup Utility app. Has anyone experienced this? Regards, Adam

Hello everyone I would like to change the POS commands in the app to open the cash drawer. The command for my MUNBYN bluetooth printer is 27,112,0,50,250 , but LOYVERSE app will not allow the entry of more than 2 digits before a comma, 3 digits can not be entered before a comma. Good day. Now, when I started my work, the cash drawer works fine. I have all of the wires connected and the internet is working fine. However, the cash drawer could not be open. Tried to reset the whole connection, reset the iPad that has the Loyverse App downloaded, tried also to adjust the wiring for the internet connecting to the drawer, nothing worked. What should we do?
