I have issue opening the drawer for cash sales. Can it be I accidentally press some button to deactivate the function?

Hello. Loyverse POS app does not have any settings for the deactivation of opening the cash drawer. However, Loyverse POS sends the command to the receipt printer, and the receipt printer opens the cash drawer. You may try to check the settings of your receipt printer.
