I can not open the cash drawer, the option does not appear in the top right corner under the 3 dots, it was there Monday but not today. I also no longer have a cash option

Hello,

It looks like there are no printers connected to your POS device. Could you please make sure that your printer is connected to the POS?

If the printer is connected, please make sure that 'Print receipts and bills' option is enabled on this printer.

Additionally, could you please explain in more detail what did you mean by cash option not appearing anymore?
