Cash drawer not open on iMin Android terminal

I’m using all in one pos with built in Bluetooth printer.everything was fine except cash drawer not open.already connect cable from drawer to pos device.any idea?

Hello. Do you use an mPOP device? What kind of operating system has your mobile device (Android or iOS)?

The cash drawer connects with the POS device only through the receipt printer. It is not possible to connect a mobile device directly to a cash drawer.

Hello..my imin d1 cannot connect my cash drawer..i try change interface to bluetooth and it took long time to search ended cannot be found... How can i setup my cash drawer in loyverse with imin D1..

If you are facing a problem with connecting a cash drawer with an iMin device, the following steps may help you.

Please try connecting your cash drawer to the RJ12 socket, and setting up a printer as follows:

Printer model: Other model
Interface: Bluetooth
Search "BluetoothPrinter".

In advanced settings,
Drawer ESC/POS commands: 10,14,00,00,00

I try but bluetooth printer is not specified in settings...

Our D4 will only print in usb mode, the draw will open from diagnostics on the tablet but not in Loyverse. Please help.
