Cash Drawers Cannot be Open

Good day. Now, when I started my work, the cash drawer works fine. I have all of the wires connected and the internet is working fine. However, the cash drawer could not be open. Tried to reset the whole connection, reset the iPad that has the Loyverse App downloaded, tried also to adjust the wiring for the internet connecting to the drawer, nothing worked. What should we do? Thank you.
