Reset POS Tablet without Signing Out

Hi all, 

I formated (reset) tablet used as POS but without Signing out from loy application. When I started the application after format, it prompted (Sign out from one of your devices or add one or more POS in the back office). What to do? I don't want to add a new POS. 

Please help!

Iinstalled it on lenovo T4 tablet.

Could you please provide a little more clarification on "format"?
Did you reboot or recovery the devise lenovo T4 tablet?

I did factory reset for the device (Lenovo T4).

Hello!
In this case, all apps were deleted from the device. If you had not logged out from the POS, the Loyverse POS app with the POS was deleted too. Now you have to create a new POS in the back office.

But I suggest for the developing team to add a feature for logging out from back office.

Hi, I have same problem, my table was dead,  I bought new one table to login, the Loy apps told me I need to logout from last device, Is noway to make logout at Loy side ?? Or Logout at back office ??
