Request clarification on the functional difference between receiving items using a Purchase Order and using a Stock Adjustment(Receive items) This will help determine the most appropriate method for different inventory scenarios.

1. Autofill Item Cost in Orders When creating Transfer Orders or Purchase Orders, allow the system to autofill the item cost automatically. Benefit: Speeds up the order creation process. Note: Users should still be able to manually adjust the cost when necessary. 2.Multiple Price Levels Add an option to set multiple price levels (e.g., Retail Price and Wholesale Price). Purpose: To support retail shops that also conduct wholesale business. Benefit: Reduces the need for separate inventory or price lists. 3. Automatic Barcode Generation Add a function to automatically generate barcodes for items that do not already have one. …

I have a small shop where for example I sell coke and I have its cost as 1€ and sale price for 2.50€. I don't understand how advanced inventory will change this and I'm not sure if I want it to. The guide doesn't really make it clear for me. Could someone explain in an easy way please? Thanks.

Hello, What would be the most ideal setup for 1 commissary and 4 stores? If I want to monitor inventory per store, do I subscribe to Advance inventory for each of them? If so, is there a different log-in per store so I can see the back office activities? Thank you.

Hi - I want to start tracking my wastage. I'm not so interested in doing a full stock take, but does the advanced inventory management feature allow you to specifically track wastage? As in, can I specifically add wastage at the end of each day? Thanks!

I have a bottle shop that is a showcase for our internet sales. I want need two price tiers for our products. One price for 'drink in' and another for 'internet/take out'. Can someone advise me how to set this up? I'd like the first screen to have these two options and then go on to the separate price tiers.

Hi I don’t think Loyverse has the option to record stock location. Has anyone repurposed other fields to accomplish this (like variants for example)?

What back office inventory features are available for free? When I look, it seems that to have any type of inventory control reports or tracking, that you need to purchase the subscription? If not, where do I see the basic back office inventory features and reports in the "free" version.

I don't need advanced inventory but I do like to have my inventory value. Right now I simply download my inventory and add a formula to excel to calculate my inventory cost. I would pay for advanced inventory but at $250 USD that converts to 35% more in Canadian by the time I add the credit card fees. That is a dear price to pay to get my inventory value and I am wondering if there is a way I can pay just to get my inventory value with a single click report. I see there is a place for a coupon but again for a 1 person business it seems like a lot to have no other option but to pay $250 per year.

Hi my name is Arif from Indonesia. I managed a not so sophisticated business, it's a simple carwash with coffee lounge. So I have a small inventory of snacks, drinks, car accessories, perfume etc. Inventories that I personally bought from market or online. I don't have a regular supplier. Thus the Advance Inventory Management is too much for me as I don't need to print purchase order, labels, transfer orders, combine ingredients for production. I just need to be able to adjust my stock and see the history. If such features available for 10 - 12 $ per month that will be just great for me 🙂 Cheers, arif

In order to update inventory via CSV files do I need to export my current item file, update the data, add new items and then import the file back into the Back office or if I simply create a file with only my new items can I import that file without changing any of the current items in my inventory?

I was wondering if there was a basic inventory template available that could be used as a good place to start instead of having to enter every single item on the menu by hand.

Hi Everyone We run a juice and smoothie bar chain with 3 stores in Delhi, India. We are soon opening our 4th store and looking at evaluating POS solutions. For one of our delivery only units we have been using Loyverse and it has been good going. As we expand...wanted to check 1. Is it possible to establish a base kitchen for inventory replenishment in Loyverse? 2. If yes, Can an individual store share a PO to the base kitchen? 3. If No, Can I order from a vendor from individual stores? Also what has been the experience of others while running multiple outlets with Loyverse? Thanks for your help. regards Bonjuz Team

It seems the labels by Loyverse are a kind of tag. Can I print labels for display stands?

We are a small clothing and jewlery boutique in a very small town and have purchased the receipt printer, cash drawer, and barcode scanner. We have been playing around with barcoding our inventory and using the scanner to make sales. It is going well, but we still haven't found the most efficent way to do this. These are the areas we are struggling with: Inventory list - Do we keep an excel file update it, then import it to the system? Will it mess up our quantities when we import new products? Or....do we enter everything straight to loyverse and only export it when we want to see a current list? Barcodes - Do we make barcodes for everything or only items that don't ha…
