I registered a new article and then it was sold. However, for a reason I do not know it has now negative quantity

I registered a new article and then it was sold. However, for a reason I do not know it has now negative quantity. Could you help me to understand it?

Hello, 

Thanks for being patient. We have investigated this issue.

You created an item in your account  with the name "Conj 0M Verde Fuccia Osito Happy Girl" 2021-05-23 17:21:18 UTC. This item was listed in order PO1012. Then this item was deleted 2021-05-26 18:42 UTC.
Later 2021-05-26 18:44 an item with the same name and REF 194133788000 was created. These products are different for the program. And the new item was no longer listed in PO1012. Therefore, the history of this new product does not indicate changes due to PO1012.

What could do happen to these items.? and Which user do these?
