How can I go about changing the timezone for sales? The error we're seeing is that sales data is spread across 2 days because we are based in the hilippines (GMT+8), so the morning sales are on 9/7, and the midday/evening sales are on 9/8. It makes it hard to track sales properly.

Hi, would it be possible to print unique qr codes, similar to a voucher, that the customer can give to the barman who can validate with a qrcode reader? In this way it is possible to have a single cashier, and the bartenders do not have to touch the money, an extra security for COVID19 Thanks

In ios devices last year there was an option for the restaurant reprint order not BILL only the order for the kitchen now this is not possible any more. and never was for android devices. its really help full have to bring this option back asap please!!!

Hi everybody, i have a question about a specific transaction that we have a lot in our bar. For example, group of 4, the first one leaves and want to gives a 'deposit' of 10 euro for the total bill. How can I deduct this 10euro of the total bill? If I chose split bill it will split / divide by x amount of people but I can't chose to deduct a fix amount. Good day to all! I have question, sometimes we offer some temporary articles or somebody wants to buy a bottle of wine to take home, unexpected... For these articles we don't have a 'fixed' price so we often just calculate it at the time being. My question is if we can put in a price for example 5,50euro just like that, without typing or referring to an article with a fixed price? If possible, where can I do it, I can't seem to find it... How does an employee ensure that a credit card sale has been completed after handing the POS over to the customer for tip and signature? I just completed a sale where the POS was handed to the customer for tip and signature on a card, and when I checked the receipt afterward, the customer had backtracked and completed the sale as a cash transaction (despite not paying in cash). Whether it was intentional or just an accident, it appears that a customer can back out of a sale without an employee knowing the transaction was not completed.

We provide a cashback service to customers where we take a card payment for £30 for example and give them £30 cash from the till. Loyverse sees this as a sale so our Gross Sales would show £30 too high. Is there any way to flag a transaction so that it's not included in Gross sales ? If not then how do people handle cashback ? thanks, Huw Rees

Customize Cash Tenders for system to compute change accurately for every transaction. Ex: if my customer pays 550 for a 430 charge I should be able to manually input that amount of it is not available from pre-defined amounts that are random.

Hi guys pls help... We are able to charge some sales to accounts and we can also see them reflected in our end of day reports. The problem now is how do i track them. My establishment is a pub and we open until 3 am. Just starting to use loyverse however for my daily sales it breaks up my amount to two days ie 1. one amount before 12 midnight the same day 2. Another amount after midnight the next day My question is how do I set my opening and closing time of my establishment so that the sales for a day reflects the ‘business day’ times

So, Suppose a customer ordered 24 of 1 item and 48 of another. The receipt would show two things 24 x Product A and 48 of Product B My question is: If I wanted to refund say 12 items of the Product A sale and 14 Items of the Product B sale how would I go about achieving this? I noticed it isn't possible to have split bill over time. When going for a split bill, you need to fulfill all payments at once. But, if from an horeca one guest of a table leaves and likes to pay its bill, I need to ask the other person also to pay their bill at that moment. Can this be solved, is their a workaround?
