How do we put more customer information on the receipt

To display customer’s information such as name and phone number, you have to activate the option: “Show customer info” in the Receipt settings in the Back Office.


These settings only affect the display of information on the receipts for the clients, such as printed receipts, email receipts and do not affect the format of receipts in the archive in POS and in the Back Office, where customer information is always displayed.

Unfortunately, other information in the customer profile, such as email and notes, cannot be displayed in receipt.

You can add these information as comments to the ticket.
