Has anyone run into this? We can't get item-to-modifier assignment to stick via the API. Steps to reproduce: 1. GET /v1.0/items/{item_id} → the modifier_ids field is an empty array. Side note: the official docs at developer.loyverse.com name this field modifiers_ids, with an "s", in both the request and response schema — but the actual response returns modifier_ids, without the "s". Looks like a docs/implementation mismatch on its own. 2. I'm a creating a ordering service using WhatsApps Api and Caralog and want to display the items ordered from the user to our restaurants Kitchen Display that uses Loyverses KDS. In your API reference, you have put this... The receipt object payments > The list of payments. There is a restriction that only one payment can be applied to receipt when using POST request. Does that mean a receipt can be sent with a GET request, and multiple payment IDs can be sent - to allow for a split payment?

We have identified an issue with the Loyverse Get a list of items API (https://api.loyverse.com/v1.0/items). The API consistently returns a 403 Forbidden error when the request includes more than 50 IDs in the item_ids parameter. However, the request works as expected when we reduce the number of IDs to 50 or fewer. It appears there might be a limit on the number of IDs allowed per request, or the request size is triggering a security block, even though our credentials are valid. I've looked through the forums and seen a recurring theme of wanting to interact with orders through the api. I would guess that if it were feasible through the API only, it would've already been done. I assume you need local network access. I'm curious if an Android SDK with a limited scope could accomplish this? If so, I would be happy to help in any way. I'm having my shift end report sent to Zoho Books via Zapier, everything working good except for three (3) minor data fields 1. Store ID, i'm trying to pull the Store-ID data from Loyverse and send to ZohoBook, so i know which store the data is being reported from, however for some reason loyverse is not sending the Store-name, it's sending the Store ID in a alpha-numeric form 2. Hello! I seem to be getting 403 Forbidden wwhen I'm trying to get a receipt. These started trickling in 17th Nov about 1300H UTC in a few of my requests, now all are showing Forbidden for any bearer token. Would there be a rate limit IP ban? Works same requets from other IPs and I'm well below the 300 requests/300 seconds limit. I look out for 429 (too many requests) but didn't get any. If it is an IP ban, how long? and what are the new rate limits? Thanks!

Loverse is obviously tracking the Cash amount - and the amount the receipt is for - as you can see here, the customer got 20p back... But the API - does not return the cash amount anywhere - just the money_amount... Where is this "cash" and "change" amount being stored?

Hi everyone, I have created a free Loyverse workflow template that exports daily sales to a google sheet and sends a report via email the next day. You can access the workflow here: https://creators.n8n.io/workflows/10420 There are some metrics defined already like NOP and rolling 30 days NOP or you just add your own. It also come very handy to have numbers that are available through the internal loyverse reports but spread between different pages in the backend / different export files combined in just one Spreadsheet.

I want to obtain the breakdown of payment methods when a bill is paid by multiple payment methods, but don't know how. Please help! I am running a restaurant, and at the restaurant, sometimes customers come in a group and split the bill. For example, for a bill of $15, one customer may pay $10 with credit card and the friend may pay $5 with cash. However, I don't know how to obtain the breakdown of each payment like this through API. Hi, are there plans to create orders via the API? For example, an online order made via a 3rd party eCommerce website, would need to create an order, so it can be made (i.e. sent to POS and KDS). It would not need to take payment, as that can be done on the website with another payment gateway. All I need is that functionality to list all the items and variations, create a basket via the API and then send an order to the correct store. Please let me know if this is going to be added, and any dates you have, as my client wants to set this up by August 2020.
