i use menu tiger qr self ordering but when order . the order directly go to receipt which is already paid . have a other way to make it go to open ticket ? please help and give suggestion community loyverse . thank you

As pointed out in the post below, there's a difference between created_at and receipt_date. Currently we're using the created_at_min and create_at_max to query for receipts on a specific date in our timezone. In the post it is suggested to use receipt_date for reporting. But as the documentation suggests, receipt_date is not available as query parameter. My guess is that it might be useful for others as well to be able to use the public API to query receipts based on a min and max receipt date. Relevant post:

So, I would like to add our needs: - we would like to create purchase orders via API - we would like to create transfer orders via API - we would like to refund a receipt via API (or via Loyverse Back Office) Are there plans to implement those functions and do you have timelines? Hello, we are using ordercubes in our restaurant (odercube.de). There you can call the waiter or call for pay. New the ordercube exchanges also nfc informations. With the software fanz (developer.fanz.io) it is possible to order over the ordercube and also to pay your open bill over the ordercube. My idea was if it would be possible to connect loyverse with fanz and ordercupbe. fanz uses a api connection. Thanks and have a nice day... Sascha

Unfortunately, I didn't find what I was looking for, which is why I am asking my question here: Is there an easy way to send an (pre-)order to the POS or Backend with the API from a PHP script using POST HTTP? Is there a simple example of this? My idea would be that the following is transmitted: product1, price1; product2, price2; ... Further billing and payment should then take place at the POS or Backend. Do the products already have to exist or would free text transmission also be possible? Thanks in advance, Tim

HI, A big problem for us : we urgently need loyalty points system to be activated individually on each store and not globally We face particularly the problem as we use SKUPlugs app to synchronise with woocommerce. We use internal points system in woocommerce and with order sync, loyverse points are also applied. A first step could be to provide app developpers a key/parameter to specfify no loyalty should be applied to incoming orders, better would be make loyalty activation separate for each store. thanks in advance Guillaume D

Hi, is it possible that we add the status in the receipts line items. So that we can get the status like Pending, Preparing or Delivered. This will allow us to track the status of the food according to KDS.
