Query on min and max receipt date

As pointed out in the post below, there's a difference between created_at and receipt_date. Currently we're using the created_at_min and create_at_max to query for receipts on a specific date in our timezone. In the post it is suggested to use receipt_date for reporting. But as the documentation suggests, receipt_date is not available as query parameter. My guess is that it might be useful for others as well to be able to use the public API to query receipts based on a min and max receipt date.
