How long does App Marketplace listing approval take? (template completed in July)

Hi all,

I'm Karthik, the developer of VentaLens, a sales analytics app for Loyverse
users. Our app is registered in the developer portal and has active installs
through Loyverse OAuth, so the API integration is working well.

My question is about the App Marketplace listing process.

In July, a member of the Loyverse team reviewed our app, connected a test
account, and sent us the listing template. We completed it with screenshots
that same week. Since then I've followed up twice by email, through the
website chat, and with a post in the Feedback forum. Three months, no reply.

For developers already on the marketplace: how long did your listing take to
be approved, and was there a particular contact or channel that worked for
you?

And if anyone from the Loyverse team sees this: I'm not asking for approval
here. I'd just like to know whether our listing is still being considered, or
what is still needed from our side.
