Robertoperu Posted Monday at 08:48 PM Posted Monday at 08:48 PM Hello, I run a small restaurant using Loyverse POS on an iPad, with kitchen and bar printers. I want to build an integration with the following requirements: When a new sale is created in Loyverse, automatically assign a unique city name to the order (for example, MIRAFLORES, BARRANCO or QUITO). Keep that city reserved while the order is active, and release it only when staff mark the order as delivered. Print the assigned city on the kitchen ticket, bar ticket and customer receipt. Display the order and city on a separate screen, with a manual READY button that announces “MIRAFLORES, order ready” through a speaker. Avoid duplicate orders and preserve the existing Loyverse sales workflow. I have already built a Google Sheets and Google Apps Script prototype for order tracking and voice announcements. The remaining challenges are reliable automatic city assignment and printing the assigned city on the Loyverse tickets. Is this possible with the current Loyverse API and printer configuration? If not, what architecture would you recommend? I would appreciate advice from anyone who has implemented Loyverse API integrations, kitchen printing or custom order workflows. Thank you.
