El-Cortijo
We run a bar and restaurant and we frequently have tickets open for over a week for our regulars. These open tickets don't affect the stock levels, so when we're doing our orders they're not accurate. Is it possible to see what items are currently held up in open tickets? Or even see what open tickets there are in the backoffice?

El-Cortijo
Okay... This seems like a somewhat huge oversight, is there any chance of this being added as a feature? Or should I look elsewhere for a POS system?

TipzyGoatBar
Hi there, We have exactly the same problem here at our bar. Thanks so much for putting in the request. I would love to see this become a feature of Loyverse in the future. Cheers, Mitch
