The purchase order is a document sent by a buyer to a supplier and contain informations about the items, quantity, agreed price, delivery time, ect. The goal of purchase order is to obtain the materials necessary for a stock. It is very helpful in business because the buyers can communicate their requires to sellers (suppliers). Also the sellers are protected by the purchase order and authorized to deliver the goods to the buyer. However to create purchase order takes time that's why appeared systems to manage easier the inventory and create purchase order.
