Johnconnel Posted May 4, 2022 Share Posted May 4, 2022 We have started to use the “shifts” function this week in our little Bar and Cafe. Very useful BUT we use an IPad at the Bar and an iPhone at the tables to capture our sales. Both would synchronise perfectly but since activating the “shifts” function we appear to be able to use only one of the POS capture systems. (The iPad is working OK abut when we log onto the iPhone it is also asking to open a new shift. We only have one cash drawer. Hope this makes sense. CashRegisterGroup Posted May 4, 2022 Share Posted May 4, 2022 each device would produce a shift report for its own taking. if you are using two devices and sharing one cash drawer, within the back office you can view both shifts (per day) and even export them to excel for easier cashing up. you cannot link 2 devices to a single shift report.
