Hi. i come across this post and wonder about serial display that built in the sunmi t2mini device.. can it work?

Hi Loyverse, I understand that Loyverse works well for Sunmi V1S, V2, D2 and T2 Lite Single Screen. Would like to understand the following:

1. Does Loyverse support Sunmi T2 and Sunmi T2Lite with dual screen for the Loyverse Customer Display? As these device has two screens, I am not sure we can run Loyverse CDS on the secondary screen for customer to view.

2. Also does Loyverse support Sunmi T2 where the cash drawer is plug directly into the device rather than connected to an external printer?

1. For now, there is no support for the work of the second display of Sunmi devices. The second display will not show transactions as Loyverse CDS
2. Yes, if you plug in the cash drawer directly to Sunmi T2, it will work.

Unfortunately, the second screen of Sunmi devices is not possible to use as a customer display. We plan to add such a possibility in the future.

Just added the support of build-in LED customer screens for Sunmi models T1 MINI and T2 MINI. 

We are even willing to pay in order to be able to use sunmi customer display. Sunmi says it uses standard android language for the customer display.

Hi Andres, not this one, the one on the sunmi T2 model.

More customers here in Malaysia are interested in using Sunmi T2 dual screen, and there are competitors using similar models too. It would be great if we can know whether this feature is already in progress, so that we can advice customer to get the right hardware. It will be a valuable feature for the merchants and their customers.
