Shift screen blank

The Shift screen is blank. Cleared cached and data. Rebooted, logged out and in. Still remains blank when selected. It did work correct but stopped working.

Experienced the same blank shift screen.  Dont know what to do, have tried resetting but still the same, nothing happened.  Cannot close the sales for few days now because it got stuck on that specific date and will not move forward.  IT will accept sales though but cannot close so sales continues as days continues.  Help please.
