Receipt and order description to be different

I would like the receipt, sales screen and order descriptions to be different. The receipt description to be in full, while the sales screen and kitchen order to be in short form. Example:

Item: Combo Set Roast Chicken Rice

Receipt: C1 Combo Set Roast Chicken Rice

Sales Screen / kitchen order: C1 Roast
