Depot return

Hi all, does anyone have a company that works with depot for bottles?
I can add the depot by making a change to the bottle. But I have to return the depot without an order. How can I return the depot and it will be booked as a minus?

Please create an item for the cup/bottle deposit. Add the item when needed while making sales.



When the bottle is returned, find the receipt by the date/time, the customer name, or the receipt number and proceed with the refund.

BOTTLE DEPOSIT BY USING THE MODIFIERS

You can create a modifier called 'Cup deposit' which decreases the final price of the item sold.


In the beginning, you can sell the item at a normal price without the modifier applied to the item. Then when the cup/bottle is returned, you can cancel the old receipt and make a new sale with the deposit modifier applied to decrease the price accordingly.



BOTTLE DEPOSIT BY USING THE PAYOUT FEATURE

If you return the deposit in cash, you can use the 'Payout' feature to record the deposit return amount.

To do this, please go to the 'Shift' on the menu → 'Cash Management'. Then enter the amount, write a comment below, and click 'Payout'.


You can see the detailed info on the pay-in and payouts when you export the 'Payins and payouts' report in the Back office.
