As a pizza shop, we offer in store ordering, along with preordered pick ups and deliveries. Until I started using kitchen dockets, we were using receipts, which for the delivery drivers etc, works out well as it has the customers details (Address, phone etc). Unfortunately, for the prep staff and oven guys, the printing is significantly smaller on receipts compared to kitchen dockets. If you assign a specific customer to the order while creating it, the customer's name will be automatically added to the order and shown at the top of the printed order.
