For example: on a device, you are using English (United Kingdom) and in the receipts, the date format is Day/Month/Year But if you changed the language on your device to English( United States) The date formats on your receipts will change to Month/Day/Year How to change this: On an Android device, you need to go to your settings -> Language Then change the language depending on the language that you have on your device On iOS devices, the receipt format depends on the region that you are in.
