Hello

 

The date format of your receipts depends on the language/region of your device.

For example: on a device, you are using English (United Kingdom) and in the receipts, the date format is Day/Month/Year


 

But if you changed the language on your device to English( United States)

The date formats on your receipts will change to Month/Day/Year



 

How to change this:

On an Android device, you need to go to your settings -> Language



Then change the language depending on the language that you have on your device


 

On iOS devices, the receipt format depends on the region that you are in.

To check this please go to your settings -> General -> Region

thank you for the reply i cheked my android tablet the language is set to english unitted kingdome but the date setting is still the same will try resetting tablet when i get time.
