Whenever after I scanning the item, and then tap in search symbol, the virtual keyboard does not appear and after that, it's error. I try tap anywhere, it's still error. I already try to redownload the app, and it's still same problem occurred. Do u guys know how to fix this issue? In my old device, Galaxy Tab A7. This problem never occurred, whenever I tap in search symbol, after scanning product. The virtual keyboard Immediately appear, no problem at all. Yasuaki Posted November 6, 2023 Share Posted November 6, 2023 Hello @Alex1294 When you connect a barcode scanner to an Android device, the Android OS would recognize the scanner as a keyboard. That may be why the Galaxy Tab A9 doesn't show a virtual keyboard. Therefore, you may need to check into Android settings. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
