Shinjin Posted March 30 Share Posted March 30 Hello, This might be because you are using an unsupported printer and the cutter is cutting the receipts too early. Could you please go to the App → Settings → choose your printer, then open Advanced Settings → and in the field 'Cutter ESC/POS Commands', add 0(zero)A,0(zero)A before existing values. (This will make printer feed more paper at the end of receipt.) For example: You would have to write 0А,0А,1D,56,42,00 We will be waiting for your reply. Shinjin Posted April 6 Share Posted April 6 Hello, If you are using other printer models, sometimes switching to Text mode could help. Most likely the reason why your printer cuts off the long receipts is that the printer does not have enough memory to print the entire receipt.
