Correct order of items on the ticket

I wonder wheather it is possible to stop changing the order or summing up the same items when I print the ticket out?

Ex, I have a dish and add some extras to it. I would need the extra item to stay in that position where i place it, so the kitchen can understand easily. But if there are more units of the same extra item, they come together and pop on different place in the ticket. Then is creates misunderstanding.

Does anyone have the same experience?
