Could you please try to sign out of the POS by carefully following the tutorial below?

How to Sign out from Loyverse POS
https://help.loyverse.com/help/how-exit-loyverse-pos

Then please update the Loyverse POS app to the latest version v. 2.57 and log in again.

Could you please tell us the version of iOS on your device?

Hi Shinjin,

Sorry for late reply dueto busy schedule recently. My IOS version on ipad4 is ios 10.3.3 and my Loyverse app is V2.39 cannot be updated. Please advise. Thank you.

I have tried to use my iphone to login loyverse app, it's able to refund. So it means the version problem? How can I update newest version V2.57 on ios 10.3.3?

Hello,

Thank you for letting us know,

I am afraid to say that since the minimum required iOS version for the latest version of Loyverse POS is iOS 11 or later. In this case we can only recommend changing to a newer device which uses at least iOS 11.
