SIMPLUS Posted November 25, 2022 Share Posted November 25, 2022 Hi Tech Support, We have one F&B customer encounter this problem - Receipt does not print out User Selections from Product Modifiers. The User Selections are displayed on POS Order List screen (see picture below) and print out in Kitchen Order but does not print out in receipt (see picture below). Our customer is using Save Ticket for Table Ordering. POS Order List Screen (Display User Selections Highlight In Blue) Receipt Does Not Print Out User Selections From Product Modifiers Kindly advise us. Thank you. Today we went to customer outlet and realised the additional remark is actually key-in by user and not Selections from Product Modifiers. We update BackOffice Setting on Receipt to enable printing comments and find they are printed out correctly. Per your advice, we also uninstall and install Loyverse POS app to the latest version.
