Receipt does not print out User Selections from Product Modifiers

Hi Tech Support,

We have one F&B customer encounter this problem - Receipt does not print out User Selections from Product Modifiers.

The User Selections are displayed on POS Order List screen (see picture below) and print out in Kitchen Order but does not print out in receipt (see picture below). Our customer is using Save Ticket for Table Ordering.

Hello,

Could you please tell us what printer model you are using?
If possible, could you please send us a screenshot of your printer settings?

Thank you for the screenshots,

Could you please try to update the Loyverse POS app to the latest version? We would also recommend uninstalling and installing the application again.

We will be waiting for your feedback.

Hi Tech Support,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

Today we went to customer outlet and realised the additional remark is actually key-in by user and not Selections from Product Modifiers. We update BackOffice Setting on Receipt to enable printing comments and find they are printed out correctly. Per your advice, we also uninstall and install Loyverse POS app to the latest version.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
