Shinjin Posted August 25, 2022 Posted August 25, 2022 Hello, It looks like there are no printers connected to your POS device. Could you please make sure that your printer is connected to the POS? If the printer is connected, please make sure that 'Print receipts and bills' option is enabled on this printer. Additionally, could you please explain in more detail what did you mean by cash option not appearing anymore? We look forward to hearing from you.
