Is it possible to arrange the items in order of category or alphabetically?

I would like if you could change the number of orders for an item (like changing 2 x coke to 3 x coke) but I have seen other posts showing this isn't possible. 

But is it possible to arrange the items in order of category or alphabetically. The receipts look very messy as they are, it would be nice to clean them up a bit.

Do you mean you would like to change the amount of the ordered items in the ticket or in the saved open ticket? (from 2 cans of coca-cola to 3 cans)

No, it is not possible to arrange items in the receipt alphabetically or by category.

Yes, I would like to change the ordered items on a saved ticket. But I have read that this is not possible. When an item is entered and saved, you can not edit the number, but only delete it and create a new number. 
But as a workaround, to make the receipts looks cleaner, it would be good if we could arrange the items on the printed receipt in a certain order.
