Georg Posted March 19, 2022 Share Posted March 19, 2022 Hello, dear user You can try to find them using SEARCH feature: If it will not help, you can try to find the receipts in the RECEIPTS section on your POS devices: If the receipt marked as UNSYNCED, please check if you have the internet connection on your POS device. Georg Posted March 23, 2022 Share Posted March 23, 2022 Please, try to update the Loyverse POS app on your POS devices to the latest version on Google Play Store and then press a SYNC button on the POS device # 19, that you used to make sales.
