When I look at my Receipt I see numbers missing

When I look at my Receipt I see numbers missing, for eg. LV 19-1238, LV 19-1239, then LV 19-1242, LV 19-1243. How do I find out what happened to Receipts LV 19-1240 and LV 19-1241?

You can try to find them using SEARCH feature:

If it will not help, you can try to find the receipts in the RECEIPTS section on your POS devices:

If the receipt marked as UNSYNCED, please check if you have the internet connection on your POS device. The receipts can be synchronised with the back office only when you have the internet connection on.

Tried SEARCH feature - No Results

Under Receipt section - No Results

Please, try to update the Loyverse POS app on your POS devices to the latest version on Google Play Store and then press a SYNC button on the POS device # 19, that you used to make sales.
Next, check if the missed receipts will be displayed in the receipts report.
