Peter Posted January 28, 2019 Posted January 28, 2019 If you want to refund an item you need to find it first and for that you will need the receipt number. I don't think there is another way for it.

The report in back office will say that the cashier who did it.

If the customer that wants to return an item is a registered customer, you can view their purchase history in the app and find the receipt where they have bought this item. Hello Unfortunately, it is not possible to customise the refund amount. You can refund only the amounts which were paid by customer. Discount cannot be ignored.

We are migrating from another POS and there will be customers who purchased under the old POS system. The simplest would be to allow negative amounts in Sale process but this doesn't seem available?

Hello You can try this way to create a receipt in the Loyverse POS App with the old date and then refund it: There is no special feature to enter sales with the previous dates, but you can try this workaround: Make sure you're in online mode, then Log out of the app. Change the time and date settings on your device (to enter sales from the 25th of August, change to 25/08). After doing this, log in again and you can enter sales for the specified days. Then log out from the app again and change back the date and time on your device.
