Can I stop the receipt / order number printing on the receipt?

Hi there,

On the bottom line of the receipts, in the right hand corner, there is a receipt order number. 

Can this be hidden from the customer receipts?

Please let me know if this is a configurable option as I do not want this information on the receipt

Hello,

The receipt number will always appear in the printed/emailed receipt.

There is no option to remove/hide the receipt number for the customer’s receipt.

However, you can always add your suggestion to the Feature request section with the reason why this feature is important for your business and maybe it can be added in the future.

Note that if you print a bill instead of receipt, the receipt number will not printed in the bill.
