Torpedo Posted June 11, 2020 Posted June 11, 2020 Hi, I only see the option to remove a tpv device and enter another one in case of TPV replacement. But in that case, another numbering starts. Is there the possibility to replace the devices without restarting the ticket numering. Thanks in advance

Could you please, send the request from the owner email to help@loyverse.com with the request to sign out your POS (please, mention the POS name) from the device. After your POS is signout, you can enter to this POS from other device and continue receipt numbers. 1
