Solution Mia Posted April 16, 2020 Solution Posted April 16, 2020 Hello, You can add comments only to open tickets: https://help.loyverse.com/help/open-tickets You can add a comment to the open ticket when you Save it for the first time: Or you can add comments to the open ticket, after you have saved it, by tapping on the ‘Edit ticket’ button under the menu (⋮) Type in the comment on the pop-up window and tap ‘Save’. You can also add comments to specific items in the ticket. Comments to items can be added not only in open tickets but also in normal ticket. You can check in this help material what you should do if you want these comments you have added to be printed in the printed receipt or show in emailed receipt: https://help.loyverse.com/help/customer-info-receipt 1
