Azhar Posted March 25, 2020 Share Posted March 25, 2020 Sometimes their is a situation when you offer a nasty product to you custumer like a burned pizza so, i will offer him to pay for example half the price, now if i Void it, it will not count in the inventory. First, you have to configure the discounts you want to use and then you can apply them to the specific items during the sale or to the whole ticket if want to do so. For example: If you want to sell an item for the half of price, you have to configure a 50% discount and apply this discount to this item at the moment of the sale. After the sale, the stock of this item will be decreased according to the quantity that was sold.
