Solution Omar2019 Posted October 9, 2019 Solution Share Posted October 9, 2019 You can keep them open as long as you would like, but need to make sure not to log out or you might risk loosing them Additional information: If the open ticket is created and saved while offline (without internet connection) and then you log out, then it will definitely be lost.
