Mwingi
We are using MunByn printers for Loyverse POS. But it seems that it is not listed in the official Loyverse printers list. For our business we were looking for cheap printers which can be connected via bluetooth to an Android Loyverse POS and can be charged via USB. But I don't know whether it runs with iOS. Hope this helps Manuela

Pete4pool
I've got this printer https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0854CCF75/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 €53, very good Connects to bluetooth. I think it will only connect to one tablet at a time as thats how BT works with Loyverse. Only issue is that you have to hit the feed button after it prints, as the time and date is printer right on the line that the cutter is on. But not an issue really. Also has battery so doesn't need to be plugged in while you use it.

Intimatetorment
Hi. I’m no expert on this stuff, but I think you might need to print the details off on your printer, getting the IP address from that. I don’t know how that’s done on your printer, but on ours we just switch the printer on while holding the feed button down. Hope this is helpful. Which Kitchen printer would you recommend getting and how to connect it please?

Do we know if this are via USB, Bluetooth or Ethernet? Could Loyverse develop a hardware "API" for connecting devices to Loyverse. Put it on the manufacturer to update their drivers, as it would be in the manufacturer's best interest to support Loyverse. Ie. Epson would like to sell 100,000 more printers to Loyverse users, same for Barcode readers, Cash Drawers, AI cameras, etc. etc.

However, for Android, you can try to connect another model, not from the Supported printers list. But be aware that not every printer may work with Loyverse POS!How to Set Up Other Printers in Loyverse POS These are general requirements for a receipt printer to be compatible with Loyverse POS on iOS devices: support ESC/POS protocol; have Ethernet or Bluetooth (only recomended models) interface. Consult printer manual or manufacturer website to see if your receipt printer fits these requirements. If so, the printer may work with Loyverse POS, however, there might be special cases. To be 100% sure, please use a printer from the list of recommended models below: Star TSP654IIBl (Bluetooth); Star TSP 100 (Ethernet); Epson TM-T20II (Ethernet); Star mPOP. I just wanted to add to this conversation, many printers have limited “multiple connections” and so I wanted to provide this link on Star MC Print 3 Printer, one of the most diverse printers; https://star-m.jp/products/s_print/mcprint3/manual/en/description/multiInterface.htm Based on my very limited experience, if you are wanting to connect multiple devices to a printer, Ethernet is the best solution. Bluetooth isn’t an options but that’s by design of Bluetooth. USB may be an option but it would depend on the printer. WiFi… talk to the Loyverse team on this one. Hope this helps someone.
