The email functionality of receipts not working

The email functionality doesn't seem consistent, so far only one email has gone through from several dummy receipts that I created.


Try resending the receipt and make sure the email addressed was introduced correctly.

To resend a receipt fo to Loyverse POS app and Receipts menu. Then on the desired receipt go to the "3 dots" button in the right top corner and you wil find the option to resend.

Also check the Spam folder in case the receipts are arriving there.

Same problem here. Pop up says receipt has been emailed but client did not receive any. I've tested a few times with other email addresses too but still nothing.
