This feature works only on iOS devices. Loyverse POS merchants can accept credit card payments via a provider of electronic funds transfer at point of sale (EFTPOS) - Tyro. Tyro is only available to merchants and customers in Australia. Before connecting a terminal, you have to create an account in Tyro and receive the device. 1. Connecting Tyro Terminal Log in to the Back Office, click on the ‘Settings’ menu and then ‘Payment types’. Click on the ‘+ Add payment type’ button to add a new type of payment. Hi, there. I'm using Loyverse on iPad with Tyro. Recently, I purchased pos printer(Rongta RP326) and it works well. However, there's a problem with tyro. Because the option is print receipt and bill, pos printer print receipt as well which is "Merchant copy" and "Customer copy". I just want to print customer bill only which is TAX INVOICE we called. What I've tried is 1. I turned off this option Problem : when I turned off this option, pos printer doesn't print out the receipt(Merchant and customer copy). Instead, after every sales, loyverse is showing this and I must have to press the button. I don't want any copy…

Sale doesn’t complete on loyverse pos. Just hangs stating payment processing. Sale actually goes through to Tyro but doesn’t complete in Loyverse.

OK I need sim to send the payment transaction from my iPad POS through to my Tyro terminal, but need I need wifi to send completed sales order from my POS to my KDS. Am I able to achieve this? CurrentlyI have to send the order through to the KDS and then manually enter the transaction amount into Tyro. Thanks

I can't stop receipts printing on the Tyro printer since I upgraded my ipad. On Loyverse iPad settings menu "Use this option if Tyro terminal doesn't have its own printer" is switched off. On the Tyro Terminal > Express Payments > "No merchant receipts" is selected. After Tyro terminal completes sale, I get a message on my Loyverse ipad asking if customer wants a printed receipt? I always select "no" but a receipt still prints automatically. Do you know what is causing receipts to print after every sale? Thanks

Hi, is it possible to remove the question from the transaction page asking whether a receipt needs to be printed after a c/c approval ?

Currently We are trying to pair the POS App with Tyro EFTPOS terminal. We are using BlueStacks on Microsoft Surface Pro to access Loyverse POS App We are following https://help.loyverse.com/help/credit-cards-tyro to setup Tyro The Tyro EFTPOS terminal is connected to the same wifi as the Microsoft Surface Pro Issue The step in the above link that reads: "Then launch Loyverse POS and go to Settings > Payment Types." is not possible, because we do not see Payment Types menu within Settings on the Loyverse POS. Please help!
