How to print out only customer bill from Pos printer? I'm using tyro

Hi, there

I'm using tyro and loyverse from Ipad.

I just purchased Pos printer and it works well

But the problem is whenever someone paid through Tyro, Pos printer print tyro bills which are Merchant Copy and Customer copy

I turned off the option from Setting-Tryo "Use this option ~~~".

When I turned off the option, Pos printer doesn't print out merchant and customer copy but every time screen asking me do you want a copy and also tyro print Merchant Copy by itself

 

I don't want any copy and additional pop up

I just need a button can print customer bill when I need after every sales.

Other payment options work well. I can print after sales by pressing print receipt but tyro is not.

 

Of course on printer, the setting "print bill and receipt"

From Tyro, No merchant receipt selected already

Please, give me an idea what's the option to print only receipt without any pop-up or merchant copy or whatever

 

I think you have to separate the option "print bill" and "print receipt"
