Getting null error on POS payment screen when processing Tyro payment

Sale doesn’t complete on loyverse pos. Just hangs stating payment processing. Sale actually goes through to Tyro but doesn’t complete in Loyverse.

Could you please clarify if this happens for every transaction made with Tyro on this POS device or only occasionally?

This issue happens randomly and only once or twice during opening times. Can you give me some more info that I can take to Tyro? Otherwise they will just say it is a problem at your end.

Hello,

From our side we have found that the data returned does not contain required fields like:

"result" : "APPROVED"
"cardType" : "MasterCard",
"transactionReference" : "717674",
