Maslou Posted February 10, 2018 Share Posted February 10, 2018 After making a sale, I used to automatically email receipts to both existing loyalty customers and new customers. But for a while now some of my customers have stopped receiving their receipts, even though the app has still said 'receipt emailed to customer' or what it usually says. We have analyzed your issue and have found out, that it can happen when in the end of transaction after email is added, you tap send, but not tap New Sale, just leave the App. Then even you see the message that email was sent, but the customer doesn't receive it. It shouldn't work such way. We will fix it. But now please be sure when you add email in the end of receipt and tap send, then please tap New Sale button too. Then e-receipt will sent for sure.
