After you put the item to the ticket, you can open it to edit and fill in 'Comments' field. Then you will see this information at the back office in the 'Receipt' section. Just open the receipt. This comment will not appear on the printed receipt. Anytime you can check the information about the warranty at the back office. You can find the needed receipt by the number.
