How to add amount to the inventory quickly?

I know that to add inventory you go to the back office and change the quantity from there, but I'm dealing with long item lists and was wondering if there is a faster way to change the amount of the items.

You can try to use export-import option. First, export all the items as CSV file. Open the CSV file and correct the values in the Stock column. Save as CSV file again and import the file back at the back office.
