Scan not working

[MBFM]

Since laast week a smaal keyboard with F1, F2 appears on the bottom of the input screen when scanning the barcode. The item does not appear on the ticket.

If I scan with the search function opened it looksup the article and displays it correctly.

The scanner is a socket 700 is configured as a HID device (checked in BT settings) and a carriage eturn is included

I sent two screens: before scanning and after scanning

we are having same issue on both our android tablets - we have to hit the sales menu then it works fine - but it if scanner or tablet goes to sleep then have to do the same again.  Benn working fine for yeasrm and started doing this within last 2 or so weeks.
